  • Pour out Twist-off glasses with hot water in order to sterilise them
  • Pour out water
  • Advice: Glasses dry off quickly, therefore there is no need to dry them.

  • fill jam with help of scoop in glasses
  • clean rims of glasses

  • close lids and turn glasses upside down
  • this way air escapes from glasses and glasses get airtight
